The house, pool and poolhouse is set on a 2000m2 garden, There is a sheltered terrace exterior to the living area with outdoor table and seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs under shade exterior to the kitchen. There is a BBQ, sink, shower and toilet in the pool house.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with 2 singles beds, there is an added cot bed in one of the double rooms. Linen and towels are provided. . The family bathroom is new and modern. There is a shower, toilet and sink, there is an ensuite shower and sink to one of the double rooms and there is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is new, modern and fully equipped, there is a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, cafetière and all dining materials and cookware are available.
There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover and highchair available.
There is TV with French free view channels and a DVD with over 500 DVDs available. There is also another TV set up for WIi for the children.
Exterior there is an adult sized table tennis, a mini table tennis for children, a table football, darts and pétanque. Wi-fi available.
