The neighborhood is a short walk to Arlington Park. The park covers 40 acres, includes a dog park, walking paths and playgrounds. There is also a 50 meter lap pool, 25 yard instructional pool, outdoor basketball and tennis courts and outdoor fitness gym.

Summary: I wanted to say we had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The property is in a great location of Sarasota and very clean. The only issue we had was the coffee pot was not working and they door dashed us a new one. Would definitely stay again!
