Main entrance / front door, lit, with keyless entry. Monitored.
Just inside: 1 smaller bedroom with double bed, TV, make up station and chair, blow dryer, laundry basket, closet with hanging and shelves, bench, barn door, your own mini split air unit. *Please note: 1/2 bath is up one flight of stairs, full bath is located up two flights of stairs. If you get this room, you are in shape and steady on you feet!

Credenza includes clay poker chips, playing cards, dice cups for liars dice, Yahtzee game sheets, Jenga and Pictionary that includes 4 dry erase boards. Mini split a/c system along with black out blinds on the West windows ensure a relaxing environment during your stay.
Balcony: selfie wall, propane bbq grill, small two person patio table and chairs. *Grilling utensils are located in one of the kitchen drawers.
Coffee nook: marble bar type table inside a wall of windows. Enjoy your coffee, read a book or check your emails in this unique space while catching the City Buzz below.

Indoor Laundry: Located right at the top of the stairs.
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, large affixed TV, 2 nightstands with lights, chair, full length mirror mini Split a/c system.
Primary Bathroom: private commode, large shower, double sinks, granite countertops, blow dryer, separate make up mirror and built in dresser. Walk in closet, safe, hangers, iron/ironing board and laundry basket.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, affixed TV, 2 nightstands with lights, closet, mini split a/c unit, laundry basket.
Bathroom 2: shower over tub, long counter, storage shelves
Door to the spiral staircase up to the rooftop patio: exit through this door to access the rooftop patio. Please use an abundance of caution when climbing up or down the spiral staircase. The stairs are steep. This home is not suitable for children and are inherently dangerous. Please be careful!
*Pro-tip - use cloth type bags to tote things up and down the stairs. Wear tennis shoes when accessing the rooftop.
