Summary: I had high expectations for this place but was disappointed. On arrival, I entered my room which wasn’t properly clean (someone’s gals eyelashes were lying on the coffee counter behind the mug!!). Service was slow at the bar & restaurant, with staff not really bothering or seeming to care. The second day I returned to my room at 5pm which hadn’t been cleaned. I pressed the ‘please clean me button’ and 2 people showed up 10 mins later. I asked if I could have 2 minutes to put on my shoes to leave to let them clean and they said No!! As I was the ‘last room’. Definitely won’t be back. Such a shame, as the building has such great potential.
