Located just 1 mile from the beach. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and Target. Less than ten minutes to the famous ''Avenue'' Atlantic Avenue with Delray's upscale shops, art galleries, and fine dining.
This home features an open floor plan, a stylish kitchen, a cozy living area, comfortable bedrooms, and great outdoor spaces! Close to everything!
Enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, charming, and modern home provides convenience and relaxation for your Delray Beach getaway! Perfect for a weekend in the city with the family, a couples getaway, or a business trip!
Sit and relax in the cozy living area or watch movies on the 65" Smart TV after a long day of sightseeing or working. Make your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen that boasts curved European-design kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. It is fully stocked for most cooking needs.
Up the wood staircase is a spacious loft and the main bedroom that features a queen-sized bed, 50" TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a spa-like ensuite bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 50" TV. There is a pull-out sofa bed and large futon in the loft (3rd bed) available for extra sleeping space.
Out through the two sets of French doors, enjoy and take a dip in the lush tropical oasis with sparkling non-heated pool, fire up the grill for an evening BBQ, or gather around by the firepit or at the poolside bar - this lovely home-away-from-home has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 2 driveway spaces are all provided for the guests to use!

Summary: The initial check in process did not go well. I tried contracting the owner several times to see if we could get in early but not response until 15 min before check in. Finally got the code 1 min before 4 even though we were sitting in the driveway with our dog for a 1/2 hr with no one at the house. Finally upon check in the cleaning was not very good. Towels left in the dryer toilet not flushed and pool was cloudy. Was told the dishwasher could not be used with no explanation. NO attempt to fix or repair. Somewhat of an inconvenience.Overall the property was nice and quiet the location was great except the neighborhood wasn't the greatest.The property description was accurate except there is no shower upstairs and therefore only one bathroom downstairs to take one. If you have a large group that could be a problem.
