The game room currently has connect 4, pool golf, small table that converts to your choice of foosball, pool, or mini basketball. Plus checkers, chess, puzzles and cards!
On salt water canal that connects to multiple recreational lakes. You can also consider a boat rental to take strolls through the lakes right from your backyard. Direct access to the heated pool through the living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Convenient location of Southeast Cape Coral, very close to Downtown Fort Myers. 5 smart TVs plus premium cable and internet. Pets allowed with additional $250 non-refundable deposit. Summary: We had a great week here at this home. Management was fabulous we ended up staying one night longer than we planned. This was the first time we were down for the Fourth of July and from the dock on the canal you could see the red white and boom fireworks. There was plenty of space for my large family.
