About the Space
This inviting home features 1 cozy bedroom, queen size sofa bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, murphy desk with a chair, closet, and a TV.
Well-appointed bathroom that features a stand-up shower, vanity and toilet. The interior is tastefully decorated with coastal accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Within this tropical haven, you'll find the kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs. While lacking a stove, it includes a versatile toaster oven with baking and air frying functions, along with a ceramic cooktop featuring two burners. Other kitchen amenities comprise a full-size fridge with a small freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a waffle iron, pots and pans, utensils, and a dishwasher for effortless meal preparation and cleanup.
A washer and dryer (shared with other guests), wireless internet, 1 car parking space in the driveway are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

Guests have access to the entire units except for a locked storage room in the kitchen designated for restocking purposes and a locked shed in the yard for maintenance items. The laundry area is shared between units, each unit's backyard is separated by a gate.
Nevertheless, the property has communal areas, including a patio laundry facility, BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture.

*This unit and the unit attached to it are sister units, and there may be times when technicians need to access your unit to complete work for the other. We will request permission before proceeding.
