Positive: Great location, on a large farm with great views of rolling hills. Road in is easy, even the gravel road is not bad and quick way to Pearoa. Nice firepit and cool fireburner, loads of wood left out for us to use. Hosue is large with lots of room to accomodate a big group.
Negative: the beds were not that comfy but they were fine. mostly single beds in each room. The sofa not too comfy but its ok. Not much directly around the location but your coming here for peace and relaxation right. You can hike the farm is you choose with several walk options
Summary: Great stay recomend for those loioking for peace and quiet on a lovely farm with option to hike it
