This newly renovated home has everything you need for your next getaway. The covered pool area has lots of space and a large saltwater, heated pool. Relax on the lounge chairs or play games at the large patio table. With over 2300 square feet the house has plenty of space to spread out as well as wide open spaces for everyone to gather. The house features 3 rooms with king sized beds and 2 rooms with bunk beds. The Owner's Suite boasts a king bed and spacious bath with rainfall shower and soaking tub. Smart TV's and high speed WiFi mean you will be able to be as connected to the real world as you want. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked for your stay in cooking needs. The open floor plan means you are always connected to the action or you can retreat to any of the well designed bedrooms for some peace and quiet. With three newly remodeled bathrooms you won't have to worry about fighting for the shower! When you are ready to go out Clearwater Beach is just 5 miles away. With great dining, fun night life, and pristine beaches you will have plenty to keep you busy.
As you enter the house you will step into the heart of the home. The kitchen, dining area, and living room all greet you and draw your attention through to the pool out back. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, electric range and stove, microwave and side by side refrigerator. The large island keeps you connected to the action with lots of counter and seating space. The living room boast a large sectional with a 75 inch smart TV ready for you to log into all your streaming services. The layout is great for 2 or 3 families to spread out. The owner's suite has a large bathroom with a rainfall shower and soaking tub. The bedroom has its own 65 inch smart TV, king bed and separate couch. The first bedroom to the left has a king bed and is next to a bathroom. The next bedroom has a bunk bed and separate twin bed with trundle. This room has a view of the pool. Making your way to the back of the house you will find two bedrooms. The first one has a king bed and faces the pool with large walk out sliding glass door. The back bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a 55 inch smart TV perfect for the kids. The third bathroom is just outside these 2 rooms.
The lanai area has a huge table with cafe lights and is a great place to eat and relax. The salt water pool is heated seasonally. This pool was made for cannon balls reaching over 8ft deep. There are some great lounge chairs for enjoyment by the pool. Step outside the pool area to find a gas grill. You can also play ping pong on our out door ping pong table.
Check out the attached storage area to find all kinds of yard games and pool toys. You will also find everything you need for the beach! Boogie boards, beach chairs, skim boards, sand toys, sand mats, and umbrella and a cooler. All for you to use!
Ample parking in driveway. The beach is just 5 miles away.
Pool is heated Mid October to Mid April only. It will be heated during the day and should reach 80-85 degrees. This is controlled remotely and guest will not be able to change it.
Note quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. This is a residential area and strictly enforced. We use sound monitoring devises to ensure our guests are respecting the neighbors.
