This property is part of a two-unit home that can be rented as a whole or separately. This first floor only space offered only during the off season, October-April, for those small family or romantic getaway options is perfect for two couples or a small family with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and one bathroom.
This ground level 1200 sqft space boasts many amenities to make your stay so enjoyable you won't want to leave. The open main space provides a comfy sectional set up for Netflix and popcorn. Enjoy the big game while playing pool and hanging at the bar/island. The kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare great meals or even just simple frozen pizza in the convection microwave. Then walk out to the balcony with a sectional wrapped around a propane fire table, hot tub and access to a fire pit overlooking the beautiful mountain lake. A gas grill is provided and shared between the Unit 1 & 2.
The Twin Cove Marina provides a convenient boat ramp to slip your boat into the water. While this Marina is only open Memorial-Labor Day, many others stay open almost year around, there is still access to the ramp to put your boat in the water. If the lake levels are too low for this ramp, they drop from 1020 to around 1000, there is a public ramp only 15 minutes away as well.

Looking for additional shopping/entertainment? We are 30 minutes from Knoxville for entertainment, and a little over an hour from Pidgeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains. Plenty of hiking trails nearby, as well as boat tours to enjoy the fall foliage from the water. Norris also offers horseback riding where you will enjoy the scenic views and historic civil war areas that surround Norris Lake, as well as multiple golf courses nearby.
For those that need to stay connected (even though we strongly encourage disconnecting from the outside world while here) we have provided high speed internet/Wi-Fi, and smart TV's.

- Liquor Barn and Dollar General are at the corner right off Exit 134 for any immediate needs, along with Jacks Bar & Grill next to the DG for some good local fair.
- Walmart, Food City, Walgreens, and Fast Food dining are less than 15 minutes away. We suggest Sidelines for a great family dinner.
- Knoxville is just over 30 minutes away. We recommend Gay St. for some great food and shopping, along with the Peter Kern Library Speakeasy just a road over in the Oliver Hotel for an elegant cocktail. When the weather permits you may even find a Shakespear play in the lawn!
- Pigeon Forge is a little over an hour away where there are many things to entertain and great food at The Local Goat.
- Kentucky Splash Waterpark is 45 min North.
- Ride Royal Blue Trails are 15 min North.
- Check out Norris Dam State Park for great pic opportunities along with local brewed beer at the Clinch Brewery.
- Cove Lake State Park is just across Ridge Rd which brings you to the home, and boasts 717 acres of hiking trails, forest, wetlands and diverse wild life.
- Devil's Racetrack Overlook and Little Egypt will provide waterfalls and great views of the mountains for those that enjoy a good hike.
