In Sardinia you can come safely, the only request is to fill out a paper form that you can find on pages 15 and 16 of the ordinance that I will provide with whatsapp. The printout, properly completed, must be sent electronically or delivered to the carrier's staff (plane or ship) that you use to reach the island.
