Summary: Location: Located centrally off a main highway outside Apollo Beach and near Lithia and other towns. The neighborhood was quiet all hours of the day that we were present. Home: The home offers four parking spots, two in the garage and two in the driveway, depending on vehicle size. All the neighborhood parks are on the street, so there is that option if you have more than that number of vehicles. Entry to the property is a coded lock, which is helpful for multiple guests with whom you can share the code. The home was clean upon arrival, but some areas of improvement will be covered below. I would remove the open food from the pantry, as having open food that isn't single-use is somewhat strange. The fridge water filter and ice maker spout need cleaning, as they are quite molded, which might be why there was bottled water in the fridge. The wall decorations still have the shipping corners, and some of the photos on the wall are just frames with the shipped piece of paper. The lamps are still wrapped in the shipping plastic. Some of those aspects changed would warm the space up. Rooms: The rooms are fair-sized, have decent bedding, and are comfortable for our group traveling for work. There is 1 room downstairs with an en-suite and four rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, which is why I docked one star, as we thought the space had three full bathrooms for our team of 3 to use.
