Entering the cottage, you will instantly enjoy the peace and tranquility not often found with waterfront living, allowing you and your guest’s complete privacy throughout your stay. Awe-inspiring architecture welcomes you as soon as you enter the home, creating a contemporary feel with open living spaces, soaring ceilings, a dream kitchen and panoramic views which can be enjoyed from nearly every room. The entry foyer opens to the fireside living room, seamlessly flowing into the expansive center island with breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, and separate dining area. The primary suite offers an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and an oversized walk-in shower providing a relaxing, spa-like environment. Plus, a water filtration system is used throughout the entire home.
Just upstairs is another casual living/loft space overlooking the wall of floor to ceiling windows and spacious main living area below. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs with a Jack and Jill bath, while a 4th bedroom is located in the finished lower level with a full bathroom and walk-out access.
