Summary: My wife saw a hair ball in the master bedroom. A hair dryer was listed but not present. I was told Ryan was delivering one. He never arrived. I bought one for the ladies staying to get ready for the wedding. I also had to buy a teakettle and donated it to the condo. It matched the Kerrig. I didn't donate the hair dryer. I was very surprised at the very few glasses and cups. I was also surprised that the front door looked so bad as well as not being aware of the dining/kitchen ceiling stains. I was surprised that anyone can work on their truck engine in the parking lot. Every time I walked in the condo it had a bad smell so we bought a candle and air freshener and left them behind for the next guest. I am sorry but I was not impressed.
