The Space:
The Villa offers ultra-modern design and cutting-edge technology in a superb location. Surrounded by wonderful nature and greenery, this magnificent villa is a true example of a high-end property that will fulfill the most demanding guests’ expectations. Villa is situated on 2000 square meters of land in a quiet area, with 290 square meters floor size.
The Villa is spread on two levels; the ground floor and the first floor. Two opposite sides of the ground floor are closed with sliding quality glass walls that ensure plenty of natural light and make this area a large open plan living room with direct access to the pool terrace on one side and Jacuzzi for 6 on the other side. The ground level comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining room and sitting area with sofas and LCD TV with sound system, surrounded by floor to ceiling glass walls. The kitchen is equipped with appliances from leading manufacturers, including a built-in microwave oven, wine cooler, and ice maker. On this level, there is also one bathroom and a storage room.
An interior staircase leads to the first floor of the villa with four beautifully designed double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies with seating furniture, perfect for enjoying the first-morning coffee. All four bedrooms feature superb audio-video equipment, LCD TV, underfloor heating in rooms and bathrooms, inverter air conditioning, solid oak bed frames, top-quality mattresses, and glass walls.
The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
The impressive exterior of the villa is partly covered in famous Brac stone and features a heated counter-current infinity swimming pool (55 square meters) with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, surrounded by a cultivated green area. The terrace also features a six-meter tall barbecue, covered in Brac stone.
Villa’s guests have a finely paved private parking area of 120 square meters available.
