Amenities include private backyard putting green, an undercover patio and a beautiful view. Our property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although there is NO FULL KITCHEN, the unit does have a wet bar complete with place settings for 6 people small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster oven and a backyard gas BBQ with side burner. Pots, pans and cookware are provided as well. Each of the 3 rooms share a spacious livng area. The living area also features a 46" flat screen TV with HD antenna, Amazon Firestick & DVD player, table and chairs and futon. The Niblick Suite comes with its own private bath and queen bed. The Brassie and The Mashie Rooms share a luxury bath. A pocket door separates large double sink vanity area from bathing area (elegant soak tub and 3x4 shower). Each room is equipped with one queen bed and 32" flat screen tvs with HD antennas, Google Chromecast & DVD players This rental unit's primary use is in lieu of a hotel room. It is NOT suitable for parties, weddings, receptions or any large gatherings. We are located in a residential neighborhood which must comply with city noise ordinances in order to provide you with a quiet, calm and peaceful stay. This is an owner-occupied property, however, this property does have a private & separate area for the guests. It does have outdoor Ring cameras for security purposes only.. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property is 6, including children.
