Welcome to Unit 46 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.
Unit 46 is fully self-contained with a electric oven and cooktop, air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.
This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. This unit has parking for a Large boat.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
