This spacious condo is outfitted with top quality amenities and features. The comfortable living area features floor to ceiling windows with an unprecedented view of the Gulf- perfect to enjoy the sunset! The kitchen, renovated in 2024, features quartz counter tops and cabinets filled with all supplies you would need to cook and serve a delicious family meal. The refrigerator was upgraded to give your family ample space to store food and beverages. The adjoining wet bar is stocked with a variety of glasses as well as a built in ice maker and beverage fridge. The dining area features a table to seat eight and the spacious living room is outfitted so you can be comfortable visiting or watching tv . The large, private balcony (approx. 700 sq. ft) features multiple seating areas and is our favorite place to relax and enjoy the priceless view.
The nearly 2600 sq ft. 17th floor unit hosts four bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom along with a half guest bathroom next to a laundry room. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and narrow balconies with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the adjoining bath features a double vanity, whirlpool, and tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed for children! All bedrooms have private, attached bathrooms.
As owners, we have high standards and strive to keep this unit in the best condition possible. Each year we invest time and money to upgrade the condo as our goal is to have our guests make this their repeat vacation home for years to come! Newly renovated in 2024, the condo features fresh paint, cabinets and countertops, upgraded lighting and features throughout. Each year we evaluate and upgrade furniture and electronics as needed. Nearby you will find grocery stores, restaurants, history, night-life, the Tanger Outlet Mall and the OWA amusement park. Of course the beautiful, white sand beach is just an elevator ride away where you will find beach service available for purchase including chair and umbrella rental.
Please respect that this is a no pet, non-smoking unit including on the balcony. Please understand that the triple bunk bed is for the use of children only. A Ring Video Doorbell Camera is installed and monitoring the property to ensure guest safety and to maintain the security of our investment. No audio is being recorded.
