This single level beach house boasts 2 king bedrooms, as well as a bunk room with 2 pyramid bunks that can sleep up to 6. The primary king suite has a private en suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower, and 2 portable cribs. The other king bedroom opens onto the deck and shares a full bathroom (shower only) with the nearby pyramid bunk room.
Bring your morning coffee to the deck, and soak up the Gulf breeze from a variety of outdoor furniture. The covered ground level patio also has a large seating area, picnic table, dining table, charcoal grill, and patio lighting.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
