Recently updated colonial! Beautiful open floorplan that leads to outdoor deck with gas grill and bistro table overlooking a fenced in back yard with a playset, picnic table and firepit! Just 2 blocks from city center. Right in the heart of Charlevoix! Three bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, with an additional bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. House was bought in 2019 and during 2020 the entire house has been renovated! All bedrooms have a ROKU Smart TV. We know you will enjoy our happy place as much as we do :)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, although some of the amenities listed were not there. It would be nice if are they had a few couch blankets,scissors for the kitchen, maybe some board games, dice or playing cards. Overall, it was nice and we made it work. Derek worked very well with us for our early arrival and accommodating our family get together for breakfast and later in the evening for dinner Thank you Karen
