The kitchen and living/dining areas are open concept with access to the quaint screened porch and large deck. There are two cozy bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with a double bed. A light and bright brand spanking new bathroom complete the interior of this cutie. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
And did I mention that everything in this house is new? Furniture, appliances, windows, floors, everything! If all this isn't enough, the rental includes access to 2 single kayaks, a canoe, dock for a small boat, easy entry into the water, firepits, screened building, picnic tables, a wooden swing and shared association beach a few steps away.
