Beautiful condo in resort style community with 3 pools, Gym, Jacuzzi and 10,000 sq ft club house, basketball court and more. Condo has wood like floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, balcony. Condo is located in prime neighborhood of Rhodes Ranch. 12 minute drive to the Strip, 2 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Water Park. Entrance to the condo is private and not shared with neighbors, 2nd floor unit. Gated and 24 hr security!! To view community photos please look at The Falls @ Rhodes Ranch. Access to all facilities in complex will be only granted with a minimum of 60 days lease. Rentals under 60 days, will not be able to access, clubhouse, gym, pools.
