Summary: I came into Puerto Rico for a little R&R (rest and relaxation). It was me and my buddy, so the two bedrooms was enough for privacy for both of us. The master bedroom has its own personal refrigerator, and I believe a full- or queen-sized bed. The other room in which I stayed in, has a bunk bed. Full size at the bottom and twin at the top. There is also another rolling mattress underneath the bed to accommodate one more person. The air conditioners in both rooms were amazing and kept us nice and cool. The living room and kitchen is exactly as described. It does get really warm there as there is no air conditioning in these rooms besides a ceiling fan. The air conditioning units are only located in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. You may have to buy additional napkins for your stay as the owner provides one roll. The bathroom also comes with one roll of tissue so you may need to purchase more. The owner does provide body wash and shampoo that hangs in the shower for your convenience. There is a balcony that wraps around the apartment that has some good morning and night views. There are two chairs located on the balcony to provide seating to take in the morning sun and nightly ambiance. The owner provides 3 keys in a padlock outside the residence. 1 is for the front gate lock. 1 is for the 2nd flr gate lock. One is for the front door to enter the apartment.The owner was extremely nice and responsive. Would stay here again 100%.
