You can park 1 vehicle for free in the parking spot directly in front of the property. Please make sure to park in the spot labeled with your unit number. Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.
Guests have full access to the property and have complimentary access to the community clubhouse and sports courts. There is an additional fee for using the swimming pool. To make the most of these facilities, residents and tenants must carry identification and the Access Card provided by the HOA Administration Office.

Ventura Country Club Golf Course, located on the east side of Orlando, minutes from major highways and the international airport, is an affordable, challenging course with attention to detail from tee to green.
