Summary: Over the past 12 years, my wife and I have built three lakehouses on lakes outside of Austin. We then built them each into successful vacation rental properties, with over 450 5-star reviews, so we’re very aware of what it takes to create a great vacation space. This property has absolutely nailed it! First, the location is within walking distance of the Bronco’s stadium and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. But, it’s the quality of the furnishings, the well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen and single-car garage that make it feel truly comfortable. Then, you peek at the rooftop deck…WOW, what a classy touch! With the 6-person spa, the dry sauna, the firepit and seating areas that have unobstructed views of the Denver skyline, and now you don’t want to leave your personal oasis to experience all the area offers. Sam was very responsive and helpful with our questions, which can truly make the difference when you’re getting familiar with a new place. We will, most definitely, be returning, as soon as possible, to this 5-star property!
