Villa Bleu Azur – Sea View is located in one of the most secret and charming residential areas that has the best of both worlds: access to local shops and restaurants a few minutes walk from the famous and sought after Liberation Market, but somewhere that is also such a privileged refuge from the bustle of Nice at the height of summer.
The beach and the Promenade des Anglais remain accessible by foot in a few tens of minutes.
The center of Nice is also on foot or more easily by a bus accessible at 3 minutes by foot.
The Carrefour Market supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away, and several local bakeries and restaurants just as close.
Conversely, if you want to venture further, the station will take you to Monaco or Cannes among other planned destinations.
Public parking is easily done directly at the bottom of the Villa.

The large living room, the dining room and the kitchen are comfortable, welcoming and decorated with great care.
Beautiful touches of color on an attractive ecru have been used in this room which contains two-seater sofas and a pouf placed in front and opening directly onto the huge terrace and the balcony, with a sea view.
A flat screen TV and fiber connection are at your discretion. There is also a glass coffee table and small accent tables and light fixtures.
The dining area just off the living room contains a large solid wood table with chairs to comfortably seat six people.
TERRACE and POOL:
The living room also gives access to the outside, converted into a very generous terrace with another large dining table that can comfortably accommodate six people, a hammock.
The pool will allow you to relax in turquoise water, your cocktail in hand.
FOOD :
The kitchen has been entirely created to find a functional and social space for the preparation of meals after your market.
A long work plan will help you. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, four-cooker hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

THE ROOMS :
The first suite has been nicely softened in pristine tones, and upholstery. It offers a Queen size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on each side, an armchair and a large dressing room. The large bathroom with its bathtub is accessible from this bedroom.
