Access to the small, centrally heated apartment on the upper floor of the farm building leads through the Reiterklause. About a steep staircase in the small hallway, in which the sink is located and from which you reach the bathroom with shower / WC, you get into the combined living room and bedroom with double bed, couch, radio and flat screen TV.From here you have a nice view of the property. Spatially a little separated is a small kitchen with dining area, fridge incl. Freezer, electric stove, and microwave. (Please note: water is only available in the lower part of the apartment!)
In Waldrandlage, on a 4 acre plot are located next to the house and the horse stable of the owner a 105 sqm holiday home for up to 6 people and upstairs of the farm building a small apartment for two people. Around the house and apartment are available to guests about 1,000 square meters of natural land. The entire property is ideal for a riding holiday, as your own horses travel with you and can be accommodated on site. In addition to the house are two guest horse boxes (for a fee, 8 EUR / day / pet), which can be used by tenants of the apartment on request.
