Holiday in nature! The three-room apartment Utkiek is located on the upper floor of the house with a floor space of 85 m² and can accommodate 6 people. In addition to the elegantly furnished living / dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub and a guest toilet. To enjoy the view!The living area overlooks Lake Krakow and has a leather couch that can be turned into a bed if required and a 40-inch LCD TV. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob with touch controls, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave and a dining table. One of the bedrooms with 40 inch Smart TV and beautiful backlight provides a restful sleep in the box spring bed and is also suitable for long sleepers. In the second bedroom are again two beach chairs, which can be put apart for children or can be used as a double bed. A small 24 inch TV is available. In the separate utility room there are washing machine and sauna, which can be used by both apartments. The house has Internet access in all rooms. The outdoor area offers a balcony with gas grill, garden, carport, barbecue area, garden furniture, a private jetty and jetty. The entire house is equipped with modern underfloor heating. The apartment has a fireplace, so you have it warm even on colder days. For late risers each window can be completely darkened with an exterior shutter. In the bedrooms are insect screens.
