For shared use: natural state property 2'400 m2 (fenced). Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with shutter cover. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, narrow motor access (400 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 12 km, sandy beach "Hyères, La Londe" 35 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
