45 km to the east from Kuusamo, Ruka 40 km. Old station building of the Finnish Border Guard, built in 1954, expanded in 1980 and renovated in 2020. Bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: double bed, bedroom 3: 2 beds, bedroom 4: 2 beds, bedroom 5: 2 beds, bedroom 6: double bed. Spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, billiards room, dressing room, electric sauna. Note! the caretaker occasionally lives upstairs (private entrance, no shared facilities) if there is a need to do eg. snow work and/or heat the house (wood heating).
More information: Pets are not allowed indoors. However, pets can accommodate in the fences outside.
