Welcome to Casa De Marshall. Begin your stay entering the warm foyer, soft music and sweet aroma fill the air. Head up the grand staircase to choose your room. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs with 3 full bathrooms. On the main level we have a private office space with a pull out double sofa. As well as a convenient 1/2 bathroom. The home is efficiently laid out and perfect for multiple guests.
Hungry after that long trip? The chef’s kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counter tops are ready for use. You’ll find a double oven, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Vita-mix, food processor, cooking essentials and more.
There are two dining spaces, one off the kitchen and one formal. The private formal dining room is equipped with a wet bar and a 9' table for gatherings & planning meetings.
Two huge living rooms, both with fireplaces, offer space for every need. The Great room’s comfortable furniture and 70” smart TV with surround sound entertains! While the quieter space, equally plush, can better suit conversations, board games, reading, or meditation.
Whether you are traveling with one or two families, or a group or friends to explore the Pacific Northwest, our home is yours and will accommodate every adventure.

We are here at your service. We can offer arrival, during and departure services. You name it and we can try and figure it out for you.
Nice quiet upscale neighborhood. Safe with low traffic. More than enough parking inside and out. 15 minute from PDX Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Portland or downtown Vancouver. Several nice mid to high end restaurants, grocery stores within 2 minutes in any direction. No parties are allowed unless they are approved by owner and host. No smoking in the home. No illegal drugs or underage minors allowed to drink on premises
We are a 2 minute walk to bus which can take you to Max station if you would like to explore downtown Vancouver or our neighbor, Portland Oregon. Lyft and Uber are both densely prevalent, never more that a 2-7 minute wait.
We offer a variety of services upon request for a small fee. Just tell us what you need per-arrival, during your stay or pre-departure. Service is our business. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY. There is a small one-time fee.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No un-authorized parties or gatherings.
2. No smoking allowed inside.
3. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
4. Pets are allowed and we are very Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing any pets along with you. There is a Pet Fee of $150 per Stay (up to 2 pets with pre approval)
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms, other than water.
7. Please respect the noise curfew and keep loud noises to a minimum from 9pm through 9am
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take care of the furnishings, no pets allowed on sofas or beds.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Please load the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon your departure, or wash any used dishes.
12. Place all garbage in receptacles.
13. Please be aware that we have security cameras in our outdoor areas.
