small villa of 43,5m2, with its own swimming pool(28m2) is located in the northern part of Lefkada. The villa is 500m away from the village center in a completely serene environment. Built on 5000m2 of land which has been shaped into a most beautiful garden with big trees and plants. Each villa has a 26,5m2 swimming pool with its own spacious private area. The environment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy absolute relaxation and rest. Furthermore, the villas are comfortable and operational for small families, as they can host up to 3 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, as well as a single area consisting of the living room and the kitchen. The interior of three of the five villas is architecturally planned into a single area. Our autonomous villas are newly built and provide our guests with all the amenities: A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, hot plates, toaster, and coffeepot), air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, and iron. Each villa also has its own spacious veranda, swimming pool and parking.

Summary: Fantastic private villa with pool - excellent location. Short walk to well stocked supermarket and then into centre/port. No need for a car which is a must for us. Centre/port has a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The Patio Dining is a must - excellent food and lovely staff. Villa was clean and well laid out. It was cleaned and fresh towels provided about every 3/4 days during our 10 day holiday. Free wifi which was really important to us. Georgia the host was available most days onsite and arranged our transfers from and to the airport. She was really helpful and responded to any messages we sent immediately. This is our second visit to these villas (6 in total) and we hope to book again for next year. If you are looking for a completely relaxing and peaceful holiday, this is the place to book.
