The apartment has two terraces: an open terrace of more than 40 square meters on artificial grass with a solarium area and dining area; and another 20 square meter deck in tropical wood connected to the outside and with the possibility of being isolated, with a dining area and a chill out corner.
The interior of the apartment has a living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room has a large sofa and flat-screen TV where you can continue watching your favorite series or movies thanks to its ChromeCast connection. The dining area has a light glass table in case you prefer to have your meals inside the house. If needed, the room has split hot-cold air conditioning.
The kitchen area has a large refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater and complete kitchenware.
