The entire house is a magnificent 540m2, with three suites, each suite boasts a private bedroom, sitting room and ensuite. There are three living areas, all with fireplaces, a large billiards room with library, one massive dining room and gourmet kitchen. Stepping outside, undercover is a 80,000lt heated saltwater swimming pool and spa, and sauna. Surrounding the house are the estate gardens and a tennis court. A short stroll will lead you to the cellar door, vineyard and petting zoo. .
The three suites are designed to cater to different families, groups of friends, or really spoil a large family with your own suites each:
Intimate suite: (Bedroom 1 and 2 on the house plan)

The Intimate Suite includes a private entrance straight to the front gardens, cellar door and circular driveway. With two windows you will have the peaceful views of the garden in the circular driveway and the cellar door.
The Courtyard Suite: (Bedroom 3 and 4 on the house plan)

Rooms: Bedroom Kingsize bed with option of 2 single ensembles added / Sitting Room with queensized sofa bed, dining room, tv, tea and coffee making facilities / marbled watercloset / marbled bathroom with show and double bathtub / private courtyard.
The Courtyard Suite is the premier suite at Verwood Estate. This suite is suitable for a couple, small family, two couples or two small families. Spacious and luxurious with a private romantic courtyard your views from the suite will include the cellar door, gardens, driveway and private courtyard. This Suites opens up to a hallway, with a king size bedroom and room for 2 rollout beds. The second room is a sitting room with sofa bed, dining tables, minifridge, coffee making facilities and tv. This room opens up to a magnificent Greek inspired private courtyard. On the other side of the hallway is a marbled private toilet, and a separate marbled bathroom with a fullsize bathtub and shower. When you stay in the Courtyard Suite you will have access to Verwood Bath robe and towel sets, a take home package including homemade candles, and bathbombs.
Poolview Suite:

Rooms: Bedroom with queensize bed and optional two additional single ensembles / Sitting Room with queensized sofa bed, dining room table, tv, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge/ bathroom with shower and clawfoot bathtub.
The Poolview Suite has magnificent views of the pool from the sitting room and bedroom, private access to the pool and private seating by the pool. The suite is suitable for a couple, small family or two couples. Spacious and luxurious, full bathtub, full views to the pool and a private entrance straight to the pool. With two French style windows you will have the best views of all the suites directly looking out on to the swimming pool and spa.

* Full size gourmet kitchen with full inclusions including rice cooker, icecream maker, bread maker, cappuccino machine, three ovens, three fridges, pasta maker, and stocked with basic food necessities.
* Double sized Living room with fireplace

* Undercover outdoor saltwater swimming pool is heated to 28deg. Winter the pool is heated to 30 deg but it will depend on the weather as to pool temperature. Pool hours during winter is 11:00am to 5pm. Spa is heated to 38 deg and available all year round with 24 hour access.
* Sauna is available all year round.
* Outdoor eating areas are based around the pool, and other eating areas with garden and lake views.
* Gardens surrounding the house allow for many beautiful picnic spots, including two gazebos, one by the lake.
* Vineyard - all guests will have access to the vineyard to wander and explore. There is an island with bridge for picnics
* Farm paddocks - visit the hand raised bulls, goats, alpacas and ask for a drive in the back of the ute to the top of a hill for full 360 views.

*** Please note we pride ourselves on being inclusive to all manner of guests. For that reason we wish to be transparent and advise potential guests we have domesticated very friendly Labradors on site, we also have pet pigs and the laundry which backs onto the house and is visible from the pool is shared with our family and workers so the men in our family may need to use this facility and access the grounds . There is also a security camera in the pool area for insurance purposes .
