It is an ideal villa to rest in peace in the garden and by the swimming pool or to do various activities: hiking, cycle tourism, tennis, outing by the sea, visiting the neighboring towns and the hinterland ( Mercantour).
It is very well located: 150m from all facilities (shops, doctor's office, etc.), 20 minutes from Nice airport, 30 minutes from the center of Nice, 6km from Vence and 22km from Antibes, 15min from the A8 motorway.
The exterior includes a planted garden with large lawns, a 5 * 10m swimming pool protected by a removable fence, a ball field (15 * 4m), a 35m2 terrace shaded by a roof and an electric awning, a gas barbecue, parking for 5 to 6 cars in front of the villa.
