4 Bedroom Villa in Rawai

The property has just been fully refurbished to an exceptionally high standard specifically for the rental market.
There are actually two separate villas overlooking the pool and each of the 5 bedrooms has it's own en-suite bathroom.
The first Villa has 2 bedrooms en-suite, a very large lounge and luxury kitchen featuring a massive granite breakfast bar,There is a lovely terrace overlooking the pool where you can have a drink or take a meal.
The second Villa has 3 bedrooms en-suite two on the ground floor and the third is upstairs and is actually a fully self contained apartment.It has 1 bedroom with bathroom a sleeping area with King size bed and steps lead down to a sitting area with 50 ins flat screen TV and a kitchen with dining table and chairs. The property is therefore ideal for a large group or even 2 families.
In between the villa is a large kidney shaped salt water pool with sunbathing deck which is completely private.
The property features large electric gates and parking for 3 vehicles.
It is well located just off the main Viset road midway between Rawai and Chalong.There are shops and restaurants nearby and beaches and nightlife is only a shaort drive away. To get the best out of your holiday you really need transport but if you do not want to drive we have a local driver who will take you anywhere you want and his charges are very reasonable.

Summary: We loved this place. We booked it for two families, but only ours was able to make it. We are a family of six and barely used half the areas that are available. The location in Rawai is perfect, it was a short drive to patong and all the other busy areas but the house is located in a quite area. There are shops for food, meds and car rental close by. Brian, the owner is a super nice, super helpful person, who helped set up our transfer to and from the airport. He was a pleasure to hang out with for a bit and talk to. We will definitely be booking this home on our next trip to thailand.
