4 Bedroom House in Phoenix

Recently re-freshed and decorated desert ranch style home with four bedrooms and two full baths in quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from airport and approx. 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, with easy highway access.
Very clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and dinner/cook ware and utensils. Near casinos, outlet shopping and close to retail centers and the Chandler Mall. Also close to several top golf courses, such as the Legacy and Whirlwind courses Cattail and Devils Claw, as well as the Raven Phoenix, to name a few. The property has 5 beds, one king in the Master, two queens and two twin beds. All rooms include TV's and WiFi. Family games and movies provided. We also have 2 sofa beds available if needed for the potential to sleep up to 10 family members and friends. BBQ in backyard.
Additional charges may apply for groups over 6 people.
This is a non-smoking home. If you choose to smoke, please use the backyard and discard cigarette butts in sand pail provided. Smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees. No pets please.

Summary: The house was perfect. Easy to find. No problem checking in. The host offered if we like to check in early which was very accommodating, but we had other obligations before checkin. The home was large enough for all 8 adults and my grandbaby. It was stocked very well with items needed. The beds were very comfy. I made an excellent choice. I would stay again in the future.
