Summary: Vacationed with another family (ages 7 - 57). The home is very spacious, plenty of living space for all. 4 Bedrooms total, master is enormous, 4th bedroom very small but adequate (has 2 twin beds and room for a single blow up mattress or sleeping bag. Additional sleeping is provided by a very nice queen blowup mattress and 2 fold out twin beds. There is an assortment of blankets and pillows provided in closets scattered throughout the home. Home had a smoky/musty smell. Didn't bother me much, but bothered others in our group. Not all windows have screens, which would have been nice. Especially upstairs. Wifi could have been better. I got better service outside than in the main living area. Dish TV allows you to watch a few television channels. Overall the home was clean with the exception of the kitchen floor which felt sandy and some of the area rugs which need to be replaced. Also outdoor patio furniture could use a good washing, which though understandable due to the wooded area, was unexpected. Very nice up-to-date appliances. Kitchen had an assortment of dishes, pans, utensils. Except for the basics (silverware, dishes, glasses) very miscellaneous. Could use a colander and grilling tools. (Very nice outdoor grill!) Home's location is great (5 minutes to Grand Haven, 30 minutes to Saugatuck, 20 minutes to Holland, Silver Lake and Muskegon - all recommended!). Martha was very easy to work with and lives close on the property with her family. Overall, the property was not exactly what we were expecting, but our visit was very nice.
