Positive: The house has all you need in the manner that the owners leave all the things for house maintainance that they themselves use. The climatization is on the upper floor, so although it would get very hot in the attic, you can maintain the normal temperature by closing the livingroom door and turning the climatization on. The outdoor area arround the pool and the terrace is big enough for comfortable use of a big group (12 pers). The fireplace is also big enough, although it could use a bit more equipment than just the barbecue. The house is sorrounded by an orchard that the children enjoyed and from the fruit you can see it is not in any way chemically threated.
Negative: For me, what was not clear enough from the booking site of the property, was how close the railway bridge is. When the first train passed, after midnight, right uppon our arrival, I thought I would have to find an alternative solution the next morning. Fortunately this was outside and later on, with the doors closed, the train was not that loud and if you are not a light sleeper it shouldn't be a problem. In the end it ended up being the most memorable experience to my 2yo who would run to say hi to the train every time and sometimes the drivers saw him and honked which made him extatic. But again, it is to be better noted in the description. Daily there are about 4-5 trains, of which 1 to 2 during night. The road from Konjic to the property is in bad shape and poorly maintained (although all normal vheicles can mannage it). If you have a higher vehiecle and feel comfortable with a (small) bit of (in two places a bit challenging) off-road driving on a gravel road, you can shorten your trip in the direction Jablanica-Čivelj by 10-15min using the bigger north-west bridge. Off line maps from Google work well and show this road, even if it doesn't offer the directions through it. To reach the property from the parking there are roughly 90 steps. They should be shown on the pictures in the booking site. The steps wouldn't even be a problem, as they are nicelly spaced in the lower part and the direct incline at the begenning is short enough, if they were propertly lit. With a sleeping baby after midnight it wasn't pleasent with only 4-5 functioning lights. The pool is manually cleaned every end of day. It doesn't have skimmers. Not a huge problem with a bit of engagement on the part of the guest as per instructions left by the owners.
Summary: Excellent, if you can incorporate the downsides in your holliday vision
