Villa Altavista is situated at the very edge of the Montgo National Park and offers stunning views of the Costa Blanca coastline, Denia town and marina with the Montgo mountains a spectacular back-drop. The location is only a short 3km from the town centre and local beach - 5 minutes in the car via residential roads.
Two bedrooms are available in this character villa. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the grounds, pool and terraces shown.
Our individual villa is set in just under ¼ acre plot (920m2). It is located in a very quiet, elevated area with very little traffic at the end of the street. The private driveway, parking area and car-port can easily accommodate your vehicles. The floor space of the villa that you can access is just over 100m2. We keep a separate locked room for our personal possessions.
The internal accommodation is on a single floor and consists of a modern kitchen, a spacious lounge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We provide a comprehensive handbook that details how things work and places to visit to make the most of your stay, in addition the villa representative will go through everything with you at the start of your vacation.
Free Internet access is provided to guests on the basis of availability, we pre-arrange connectivity in advance and it is supplied over a wireless link by the provider at a speed of 5Gb/sec. There is no usage limit and it is fine for email, surfing or watching Netflix, YouTube etc on your own device. We provide a 4K SmartTV and Blu Ray DVD player.
Outside
The private pool is the focal point of the front terrace and is 4m x 9m. The pool is cleaned twice weekly in the summer months and weekly during the rest of the year. There is also an outside shower and loungers. A garden table, chairs & patio umbrella are included for use at both the front and rear of the property, there is access to our rooftop solarium should you wish for a change of the stunning scenery! There is also a Mediterranean garden at the front of the villa.
Kitchen
The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and is of a modern low-level design with windows overlooking the pool and coastline. Kitchen appliances include a fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob /oven, washing machine and a glass table and chairs. Cutlery, utensils, cookware, kettle, toaster & hand-blender etc are provided. In addition to a hairdryer, iron, ironing board & washing lines.
Bathrooms
One en-suite to the double-bedded room and a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have rain-showers, the main one also has a bath and bidet. Both have been tastefully modernised. We provide towels for villa use only.
Lounge
The spacious 40m2 air-conditioned lounge provides for a settee, two separate chairs and a chill-out sofa. The main table can be located here to eat inside during winter breaks. There are a number of DVDs, games and books available in the display cabinet.
Bedrooms
Both compact, sunny bedrooms are approx. 7.5m2 each. One has a built-in wardrobe and the other a standalone. The single beds can be placed together, let us know in advance if this is your preference. Both bedrooms have air con units which provide either cold or hot air and ceiling fans for comfort. Sufficient bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Guest access
The whole of the villa with the exception of a room that will remain locked and unused throughout your stay.
Interaction with guests
Our local manager Salva is located in town to help resolve any issue. He can be contacted directly by mobile phone and speaks both fluent English and Spanish, plus a little German.
Other things to note
During high season (July/Aug) check-in time is usually Saturday 3 – 10pm and check out by 10.00am. At other times we will try and accommodate your specific dates and times. Let us know in advance of booking.
Our manager Salva will welcome you on the day of your arrival at the villa or a convenient location in town. We ask you to call him once you have arrived at the airport or are one hour away. He will provide the keys and show you around – explaining how things work.
There is a gas BBQ available, however this is provided on an 'as found' basis. We do not top-up the gas bottle which can be easily refilled locally, it is the users responsibility to keep it clean! NOTE that its use may be curtailed by local byelaws during the summer months.
A final cleaning charge is applied to all rentals. Note that we employ professional cleaners who will thoroughly clean the villa including spraying disinfectant around the pool area and terraces to ensure minimal risk of any viral infection.
