Upstairs there are the two spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious bathroom (en-suite) and a balcony, as well as the entrance to the house with a 60sqm covered carport for 4 cars. The villa is an excellent starting point for numerous day trips. The house was completely renovated and modernized in 2019. All pool functions, heating, air conditioning, irrigation and a weather station can be controlled via the Internet. For the cooler seasons, there is central heating, which is particularly pleasant in December and January, and an open fireplace. In addition to its unusual shape, the pool has a built-in bench and is unique in the area. The large terraces have luxurious garden furniture and a pergola. The property is 8,500 square meters. The upper part (approx. 1,000 m²) is completely fenced and not visible.
