Positive: The house was good and the location as well
Negative: The service was terrible, not flexible at all. We had some issues with our stay. First, the house had security cameras in the exterior, all around, even in the pool area and they were always on, even when we were there. Meaning we had no privacy. It was never disclosed that the cameras were there and we didn’t agree to it in any point of the contract. Second, they advertise the house as having 3 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5. 2 bathrooms and one WC. We were 3 different families and 2 had to share a shower, which was very uncomfortable. Third, they have 2 gates for the cars, but they don’t let the guests use it, so we need to park on the street. Considering they have security cameras all around, 24/7, we didn’t feel safe leaving the cars and the electrical bikes outside.
Summary: Good house, poor service, not going back.
