Our villa is positioned on a quiet dead end, far from crowded hotels and bars. Walking distance to Sant Pere and Sant Joan beaches and local restaurants “5 Oceanos Chillout” and “Cocodrillo” as well as a diving school, supermarket and a Marina. The house is fully equipped with AC, espresso maker, BBQ, among other amenities. We are near Alcudia - recently declared as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of Spain, with a full range of restaurants and a local market twice a week. Golf nearby.
The space
Our villa has great terraces and a pool as well as a modern, well equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso). The house is perfect for two families that want to share their holidays or a larger family looking for room to spread out. Lots of parking and a 5 min walk to the sea.
House has sun beds, a ping pong table, basketball hoop, footsie and other games suitable for entertaining groups.
