Villa Blanca is in the North/Northeast of Mallorca close to the village Santa Margalida and at only 12 kilometres distance to the Playa de Muro. The village is in a short driving distance and offers shops, restaurants and cafés.
The beach of Playa de Muro is only 12 kilometres away. It ranks among the finest beaches of the island and is split in two parts. One is bordering the nature reserve Albufeira, the other offers all facilities including beach bars, sunbeds and the infrastructure one would expect of a family friendly beach. Both boast the most beautiful views of the turquoise and blue sea, crystal clear waters, panoramic views of the Alcudia bay, water sports facilities and more, the best setting for a marvellous day at the beach. Can Picafort is a seaside resort which offers a vast selection of restaurants of all categories, shopping facilities and leisure activities. Santa Maraglida is a picturesque village, approximately 10 kilometres off the coast. The small alleys around the impressive church have typical local restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques to be discovered. On market days the best spot is a seat on one of the terraces around the market place to watch the busy bargaining and trading at the stalls.
The Playa de Muro is one of the best surf spots on the island with a a kite surf training centre right on the beach, which is also renting out equipment. The area around Santa Margalida is rather flat and ideal for comfortable cycling and hiking. The closest golf course is Alcanada, followed by Pollensa golf.
Further up North is the seaside resort of Port Alcudia, which is very well developed and offers a large water park, a nice harbour with cafés and restaurants and a large variety of leisure activities. A few kilometres off the coast is the pretty old town of Alcudia, which is framed by an impressive town wall and has a pedestrian zone with some very nice restaurants.
Villa Blanca is furnished and equipped to satisfy the expectations of the most demanding travellers! The layout of the house is generous and distributed on two floors. All rooms are styled into detail, white being the dominating colour throughout. The ground floor has a large open-plan living area with modern kitchen, grand couch area and a large dining table. On the same floor is the fully equipped gym and a large, lavishly furnished twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite. A grand staircase is leading to the first floor with a landing and a cinema-style television area. The bedrooms off a small corridor. The impressive master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite, two more double bedrooms are sharing the third bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin.
The technical equipment is up to highest standards: air-conditioning throughout, 2 smart TVs with Netflix and satellite television, 3 music equipments inside and out, Nespresso, Dolcegusto, espresso machine, fondue, raclette to mention just a few.
Villa Blanca has various terraces and a luxurious pool area with different chill-out and relax zones. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast terrace, there is a terrace on the first floor with lounge furniture and stunning views of the countryside and the area around the pool is just marvellous and caters to all needs. There is even a warm water jacuzzi, serving as a mini pool in winter or a relaxing bath in summer. Both breakfast terrace and the pool area are fitted with music equipment to create the right ambiance. There are two BBQ-grills, a gasgrill on the pool terrace and a charcoal grill next to the pool. Children will love the vast lawns to play a match of soccer or ping pong or to simply run around and play games.
Children are welcome, two cots and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week from May to October, extra days can be booked. From November to April, minimum stay is 5 nights. For bookings up to 5 nights final cleaning will be charged extra with 299 €.
A deposit of 1.500 € is requested per bank transfer before arrival. It will be returned after approval from the owner within 48 hours of departure.
Groups will only be accepted, if all members are at least 25 years or older. This rule does not apply for families.
