Villa Ca'n Singala is well located in the exclusive residential area of Can Singala, an excellent place for vacation rental, just 2 minutes from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The center of the port is a comfortable 20-minute walk through the famous pinewalk next to the sea, passing bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Here you can find a wide variety of things to do; recommending you try the candle in Mallorca.
In the house you enter, through its garden, a large lobby, on the right is the comfortably furnished living room, which has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, overlooking the garden and with doors to the summer lounge , which is located on a paved terrace covered by a white awning. On the left is the winter dining room, which comfortably seats 8 people overlooking the garden.
At the end of the spacious lobby on the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen access door with a breakfast unit with a table / bar, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hob and microwave. Next to the kitchen is an additional storage room (pantry). The outside kitchen doors open to the paved outside dining room, which seats up to 12 people, for outdoor meals under bougainvillea. This beautiful area overlooking the pool and garden allows the supervision of children (the pool area can also be fenced at your request).
