On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each with two 0.90 metre single beds, sharing a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a 1.60 metre double bed and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning and have a high level of aesthetics and warmth.
A special feature of this house is a renovated mezzanine, which is characterised by a bright living room in the entrance area, furnished with a dining table and two sofas. There is also a kitchenette with fridge and hob. Two bedrooms, each with two 0.90 metre long single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub complete the facilities of this exceptional flat. It is ideal for young people or for those who value their privacy. Thanks to this concept, the temperature down here stays quite cool, even when it is very hot outside.
The impressive outdoor Balinese pool measuring 11 x 4 metres, with a minimum depth of 1.2 metres and a maximum depth of 1.8 metres, offers plenty of fun and refreshment. This holiday home has several covered terraces and a barbecue.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
