The Dining area is welcoming in its spacious Farmhouse style ambience, whilst the Kitchen is readily equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited to groups of 6; with a traditional Italian-style Double bedroom with terrace access featuring alongside a 2nd bedroom with 2 separate Single beds and a 3rd child-friendly room furnished with a set of bunk beds and a Single sofa bed. A family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower features alongside a modern fitted shower room and a convenient service WC. Outside, a stylish partly covered terrace is furnished with a chic sitting area; perfect for savouring an evening aperitif. The charming private garden leads down to a sunny lawn, perfect for sunbathing. The holiday villa is also equipped with a BBQ and garage. Within the residence guests can enjoy classic holiday moments at the adult and kid-friendly on-site pool, a game on the clay tennis courts (for an extra charge), some laid-back table tennis, boat mooring and carefree proximity to the beautiful lakeside promenade and an Olympic pool with spa (500 metres away).
