Villa Elivah offers an amazing outdoor space which is idyllic as you can enjoy the pool and outdoor space, whilst younger guests can relish in the outdoor play space. If you are looking for a villa, which is a little different in terms of the amount of sporting opportunities there are in the stunning Croatian sunshine, then Villa Elivah will provide just that.
Both Villas are identical, Upon entering each villa you will be blown away by the luxurious and comfortable furnishings and the beautifully open-planned kitchen and dining area. This space will provide a perfect place to socialise or relax after you have enjoyed a beautiful meal. You can exit onto the terrace from here to continue to enjoy the stunning outdoor space, whilst you watch the world go by or even more beautifully, whilst you watch the sunset. The kitchen is well-equipped including: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a freezer and an electric coffee machine which is everything you will require for an evening in). An extremely inviting dining table sits in this space, and provides enough space for all of the guests, and then to unwind, you can all go into the living area where there is a large and very comfortable sitting area with an open-hearth fireplace if that is what your guests desire.
Moreover, on the upper floor you will find two exquisite bedrooms, with one double with double sofa-bed and one twin bedroom both with air-conditioning and satellite TV. On the second upper floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each with one French bed, a lovely shower room, satellite TV and air conditioning. From these bedrooms, you can exit onto a terrace which is equipped with furniture, deck chairs and has a beautiful view of the swimming pools and beyond. There are a number of possibilities for sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to volleyball on the beach and tennis. There is a top level-ATP tennis tournament, called the Croatian Open which takes place in Umag every year. If this is something that takes your fancy, then make sure to look up when it is so you can tally up your holiday with it.
Moreover, this stunning location is situated on the peninsular, which is very attractive, with a net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. This is the perfect place to immerse yourself into the true Croatian culture as you will be able to talk to the locals, and dine on the local delicacies. This location is a small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort which is perfect for a quiet holiday, but it also has an abundance of activities for you to enjoy, whether it be inside the privacy of your villa, the sporting opportunities or in the true Croatian streets and restaurants.
Within a stone’s throw, there are plenty of shops, a supermarket, restaurants, an indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, a doctor, pharmacy and to top it all off, an opportunity for a massage. With these amenities being so close to the villa, this is the perfect location for those who would like a private villa but are still able to become engrossed with the Croatian culture nearby. There are also some fabulous hiking paths from the house and bicycle paths, you can hire mountain bikes to enjoy these walks/cycle paths, if that takes your group’s fancy.
On the stunning pebble beach, which is only 200m from the villa, there are beach facilities which are suitable for children. There is also an abundance of activities to partake in here too: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, minigolf, a waterpark, diving, sailing, surfing and water skiing – what more could you want? This location is superb for those active ones, but if some of your group are not as active, then there is plenty for them to do too.
