Positive: Great hostess, we were two hours late and messaged her, got an immediate and very understanding response and managed a late check in. And she left us info on local attractions! It's a clean and modern set up with all conveniences and appliances we desired, a nice open kitchen with direct view out to the porch. The pool was set up with an alarm system, great for people with kids. Great privacy, there's high hedges which makes it feel like your own island of calm within the city. Didn't notice anything of either the hosts or the other people renting at the time. The beach was right down the street and easily reachable by foot. A grocery store is a bit farther but still within comfortable walking distance. We also had a bike holder in front of our place, with a roof too.
Negative: The mattress was a bit stiff for our tastes.
