The villa of about 350 square meters. it has an entrance which leads to the large helicoidal hall overlooking a rectangular equipped terrace with a splendid view of the sea.
Downstairs from the terrace we find a garden with a splendid view and equipped barbecue and long table for outdoor dining for more than 10 people.
From the living room with TV corner, on the left you enter a dining room with a long rectangular table for 14/16 people and from here you enter the bright and functional kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.
The entrance on the left leads to a corridor with three bedrooms each with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
From the entrance of the villa, a flight of stone stairs leads to the upper floor where we find a small study, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with tub/shower) and two bedrooms both with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom leads to a beautiful equipped terrace of over 100 square meters.
The villa is completed by a small apartment on the floor below the living room with a view and access to a garden with a view; the annex consists of a dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (convertible into a double bed) and two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one with a shower.
From the villa, a road inside the park leads to the sea and a private swimming pool carved into the rock (the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the next villa)
The villa is absolutely very hospitable, and welcoming with a warm and homely décor. It has no air conditioning but being on a promontory it is always pleasantly breezy.
If you want to experience a reality completely immersed in nature within the park, on the promontory and a stone's throw from the sea, this is certainly the ideal place.
